Location & Directions
We lovingly restored this historic 1930's building (which used to be a hardware store) to it's original state, exposing the red brick, open vaulted ceilings and skylights to create a space that is bright, airy, yet warm and inviting. Careful selections were made to maintain the integrity of the building's history while updating for functionality, versatility and guest comfort. Earth-friendly/Green products were utilized wherever possible, as were energy efficient materials and systems. A modern industrial big city look with the heart and soul of a small town.

Directions
From 101 North:
Exit on Carrillo St. Make a Right onto Carrillo St. At Chapala St. (one way street) - Make a Left turn and move all the way into the right lane. Turn Right on to Figueroa St., then enter into the first parking lot on your right - City Parking Lot #3. (First 75 minutes Free Parking / $1.50 every hour after)
From 101 South:

Appointment Cancellation Policy:
24 hours advance notice is required for cancellations on all salon/spa appointments. If 24 hours advance notice is not given, you will be charged for the services scheduled.
Bridal and Bridal Party Appointments:
72 hours advance notice is required for cancellations on all salon/spa appointments. If 72 hours advance notice is not given, you will be charged for the services scheduled.
Return Policy:
Retail products may be returned for store credit only within 10 days of purchase. A receipt is required for all returns. No cash or credit refunds will be given. Gift cards are non-refundable but are transferable.
