The treatments you select are reserved for you. to cancel without charge requires 24 hour notice. Bridal party appointments require 72 hour notice for cancellations.

Our salon and spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guests by turning off all cell phones and speaking softly, or simply enjoying the silence.

We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving our establishment to ensure you have the appointment time that you most desire.

Parents please note: making your child & pet care arrangements prior to your appointment ensures that you will enjoy your time with us to the fullest.

All retail returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and be accompanied by original receipt for exchange or store credit ONLY. All makeup products are final sale. NO exchange or return.

We accept LOCAL checks only with proper identification. Checks must be written for the amount of services or product totals excluding gratuity. A seperate check may be written to your service provider if you wish to leave a gratuity.
